Roxana Dumitrescu is the owner/ founder of Senior Care Consulting LLC. She is a Certified Senior Advisor who has been working with the senior population since 2002. Roxana has worked in a skilled nursing facility for 15 years and managed important departments such as: Admissions, Customer Service Director, Social Services Director and Discharge Planner. Because of her experience, Roxanna has a great ability to assess her clients and make the proper and ethic recommendations for placement. As a Discharge Planner, Roxana has realized how difficult it is for families to find proper placement for their loved ones, and for medical Social Workers to make recommendations of communities they have never visited. This made her decide to change her career and give families Peace of Mind when having to make difficult decisions. Roxana became a Senior Care Consultant in 2018. She is an expert in senior living and had toured all communities in the Bay Area and only contracted with the quality ones. She prescreens all the communities and frequently checks their care and violation status to ensure the quality of care and the safety of her clients. On her free time, Roxana enjoys spending time with her family (her husband, two daughters and Ollie, her Bernedoodle) as well as gardening, cooking, listening to music and hiking.
